Dear Clients,

Please be informed about the Specification Table – Forex, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies and Margin table amendments which come into force on 14 of December 2018. 

The changes are indicated below:

Margin Table: Amendment of the comment 3 and 7 due to the introduction of HK.cash.

Specification Table – Forex, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies: Introduction of a new instrument - HK.cash.

Pursuant to clause 18.20 of the Regulation on the Provision of Services (the „GTC”), the Client who does not accept amendments to the GTC specified in clauses 18.11- 18.13 of the GTC (i.e. Condition Tables, Orders’ Execution Policy, Declaration of Investment Risk and other documents which regulate the terms and conditions of cooperation between the Client and XTB ) shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and close any or all of the Accounts with immediate effect

Today, at the end of trading day EMISS, EMISS+, EMISS., EMISS.., SOYBEAN, SOYBEAN+, SOYBEAN. and SOYBEAN.. underlying instruments will change their delivery dates. Current difference between prices of futures with consecutive delivery terms is:

- EMISS., EMISS, EMISS+, EMISS.. approx. 0.35 USD

- SOYBEAN+, SOYBEAN, SOYBEAN., SOYBEAN.. approx. 12.00 USD

It means that if nothing occurs between today's closing and tomorrow’s opening, open price for EMISS, EMISS+, EMISS., EMISS.., SOYBEAN, SOYBEAN+, SOYBEAN., SOYBEAN.. should be higher.

Change of position value connected with base change will be corrected by swap points equal to base value. Clients with limit and stop orders close to current price are kindly requested to adjust their position to changes in base value. Otherwise stop and limit orders will be executed according to standard procedure.

Today, there is a change of delivery date for BUND10Y, BUND10Y+, BUND10Y., BUND10Y.., SCHATZ2Y, SCHATZ2Y+, SCHATZ2Y., SCHATZ2Y.. instruments. Clients who have open positions will be credited or debited with proper swap points amounts.

These are:

 - BUND10Y.., BUND10Y, BUND10Y., BUND10Y+ -87 swap points for long position; 87 swap points for short position

 - SCHATZ2Y.., SCHATZ2Y+, SCHATZ2Y., SCHATZ2Y 10 swap points for long position; -10 swap points for short position

Today, at the end of trading day BUND10Y, BUND10Y+, BUND10Y., BUND10Y.., SCHATZ2Y, SCHATZ2Y+, SCHATZ2Y. and SCHATZ2Y.. underlying instruments will change their delivery dates. Current difference between prices of futures with consecutive delivery terms is:

- BUND10Y.., BUND10Y, BUND10Y., BUND10Y+ approx. 0.88 index points

- SCHATZ2Y.., SCHATZ2Y+, SCHATZ2Y., SCHATZ2Y approx. -0.12 index points

It means that if nothing occurs between today's closing and tomorrow’s opening, open price for BUND10Y, BUND10Y+, BUND10Y., BUND10Y.. should be higher, and lower for remaining mentioned instruments by given values.
