Your trading account is assigned to a single currency and unfortunately it cannot be changed. However, you can have up to four investment accounts in different currencies - GBP, EUR, USD.

To open an additional real account in the mobile application, tap the balance value at the top of the screen. A window will then appear showing all existing investment accounts along with their account numbers. By swiping left, you will see the option to add a new account.

You can also open an additional real account through the Client office. To do this, click My Accounts in the panel on the left side, then in the Real Accounts tab select the Add Account button in the upper right corner.

🚩 If your account is denominated in a different currency than the currency of the selected instrument, both the position result and the commission (applies to OMI instruments and Fractional Rights) will be converted to your account currency according to the XTB Exchange Rate.

🚩 It is not possible to transfer an open position on CFD instruments to another XTB account in a different currency. Only OMI instruments (Stocks and ETFs) can be transferred between XTB trading accounts. In this case, a transfer fee of 0.5% of the purchase transaction value per ISIN applies (not less than: 25 EUR / 25 USD / 100 PLN / 650 CZK / 8,500 HUF / 120 RON).
